Dr. Gil Bozer, a senior lecturer in Sapir College’s Human Resource Management Department, recently took part in two high-profile international events dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on the future of work. Serving as both a panelist and speaker, Dr. Bozer shared his expertise on AI-driven coaching and workforce transformation in the digital era. 

AI and the Future of Work at NASDAQ, New York 

Dr. Bozer was invited to participate in a distinguished panel discussion at the launch event for AIMY, CoachHub’s cutting-edge AI-driven coaching service, hosted at NASDAQ in New York. The panel addressed the growing role of AI in reshaping workplace structures, leadership strategies, and employee engagement.
Drawing from his extensive research, Dr. Bozer offered key insights and practical recommendations on integrating AI-based coaching in organizations. Among the critical issues discussed were:

  • Navigating rapid technological advancements and their implications for organizational leadership.

Following the NASDAQ Panel, Dr. Bozer was invited as a speaker and panelist at HR Tech Europe in Amsterdam, one of Europe’s most prestigious HR technology conferences. HR Tech Europe is a flagship event that unites industry leaders, HR executives, and technology innovators from around the world. It features prominent speakers from top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, SAP, and LinkedIn, providing a platform for unveiling cutting-edge advancements in AI, recruitment, performance management, and employee experience.

He participated in a key discussion entitled: The Future of Learning, Development, and Coaching in an AI-Driven Work Environment. During the panel, Dr. Bozer joined global experts in exploring how organizations can effectively integrate AI-driven learning and coaching strategies without compromising the human element in the workplace. Discussions encompassed:

Sapir Law School is proud to announce that the Honorable President (retired) Justice Esther Hayut will teach a unique workshop on "Law and the Holocaust" in the summer semester (2026) at Sapir Law School. Honorable President Hayut began her judicial career in 1990 as a Magistrate's Court judge in Tel Aviv. In 1997, she was appointed to the District Court, and in 2004, she was appointed to the Supreme Court.
