Real estate appraisers are key players in shaping the market and leading the real estate-economic development of our environs. This profession calls for a unique mix of in-depth professional know-how and uncompromising adherence to the highest ethical principles and standards.

Real estate appraisal success is a about being able to combine advanced analytical skills, understanding the changing market dynamics and holding effective communication with different elements in the industry. The marks of a good appraiser are professional conduct, transparency and commitment to integrity, and a finger on the pulse of market regulations and fluctuations.

Sapir’s Economics Department trains the future generation of economists, including real estate appraisers, equipping them with the tools required to lead and shape Israel’s real estate scene.

This track is an opportunity to acquire in-depth professional knowledge in the real estate and land resources field, and graduate with a Ministry of Justice real estate appraiser license, to appraise all types of Israeli real estate.
