The DocoCast Prize, aimed at professionals in the field of sound documentary, offers one Israeli professional the opportunity to participate in the International Summer Training Program in Sound Documentary at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis-Lumière, which will take place from 12 July to 1 September in Brittany, France.
 
The Israeli winner will join a group of 13 foreign audiovisual professionals, all with experience as authors (blog, podcasts or creative projects using sound), who will spend 7 weeks immersed in the French radio ecosystem, learning the fundamentals of writing and recording a radio documentary in a country which was a pioneer in the radio documentary genre.
 
This unique prize, worth 4770 euros, is awarded by the French Institute in Israel in cooperation with the Ecole National Supérieure Louis-Lumière (ENS Louis-Lumière), the Cinema South Festival and the French Ministry of European and International Affairs, with the support of the Fondation Jacqueline de Romilly under the umbrella of the Fondation de France.
