Moving Image is a development lab for dance films, bringing together filmmakers and choreographers to create work in the South. The pitch event will present four selected projects, alongside sample scenes created during the development process, offering a glimpse into the filmmakers’ cinematic worlds and perspectives. The event explores the encounter between movement, body and cinema, and launches the next call for Moving Image lab 3.0 by the Negev Film Fund.

Birtukan | Tai Morris, Dege Feder, Tzipi Nir
Nine-year-old Birtukan arrives in Israel from Ethiopia without her family.
