Seret Na is a unique initiative that brings together southern Israeli filmmakers and choreographers to create original dance films.
This collaboration explores the powerful intersection of movement and cinema- a fusion that challenges artistic boundaries and opens new creative possibilities. Why combine these forms? What emerges from this meeting point? And why do it here, in Israel’s South?
Join us for a special screening and a conversation with the creators, as we dive into these questions through their bold and moving works.  For Regisration press here

Holding On | Daniel Pakes, Maya Bitan, Sharon Fridman
A successful Israeli choreographer living in Spain is invited to create a dance piece in the south of Israel. On his way, he encounters scenes of war and occupation. The reality gradually seeps into the rehearsal room.
Created as part of The Seret Na Project by MiDarom Film Fund in collaboration with The New Fund for Cinema and Television (NFCT) and the Choreographers Association.

Tatiana Sderot | Eirad Ben Gal
A short dance film following Tatiana, a 76-year-old resident of Sderot who immigrated from Moscow. Twice a week, Tatiana walks to the local market to shop and must carry the heavy bags back home by herself. The film presents Tatiana’s fantasy of freeing herself from the burden of the bags - and the burdens of life.
Created as part of The Seret Na Project by MiDarom Film Fund in collaboration with The New Fund for Cinema and Television (NFCT) and the Choreographers Association.

The Couch (Work in Progress) | Hadas Neuman
On a single red couch, one unexpected movement opens a new distance between mother and daughter. But at night, far from the spotlight of the past and its remains, a small crack of closeness begins to open.
