About DocoCast Workshop

The 1st edition of the DocoCast Workshop, initiated by the French Institute in Israel, produced by the Cinema South Festival, and in collaboration with KAN Podcasts - aims to strengthen the community of podcasters in Israel in the field of Audial Documentary. The Workshop will take place over three days, on 7-9 September, 2025. During the workshop and in the following months, 4 "pilot episodes" will be produced by the participants, accompanied by leading guests in the field from Israel and France. One of the four DocoCast workshop participants will be selected as the Israeli representative for a prestigious 7-week residency at the renowned ENS Louis-Lumière film school in Paris.
