Eli Shimoni | Director

A 29 year-old based in Tel Aviv. She studied Communication at Sapir College, specializing in radio and podcasting. During her studies, she interned at the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, then joined Yedioth Ahronoth, where she edited and produced its daily news podcast. A year later, she joined a new media startup in its founding stages, where she built and led the podcast department. She managed a team of content editors and worked on diverse productions, while also independently creating and editing documentary pieces that spoke to her personally. She's deeply driven by people's stories – the intimate, the overlooked, the ones that make us pause – and she's always searching for the intersection between personal narrative and universal truth.
