Sapir College’s Industrial Engineering and Management Department was established with the aim of training engineers and addressing the growing demands in the traditional industry and burgeoning Hi-Tech scene of Southern Israel at large, particularly across the Gaza Envelope.

The department trains its graduate for various management and engineering roles in business and service organizations, in the fields of production management and operations and information systems, focusing on local needs.

The department’s curriculum was tailored for needs on the ground, with practical contents, visits to industry location and hands-on experience.
