Calling all screen creators in the Negev: We finally have a home of our own!
Narrative – The Home for Screen Creators in the Negev is officially launched as a professional, practical guild uniting creators across the South from every screen discipline – film, TV, animation, digital media, and beyond – with the common mission of establishing the Negev as a vibrant creative powerhouse.
From development labs, mentorship programs, and legal counseling, through calls for entries and funding opportunities, to generating local employment and sustainable livelihoods: this nonprofit was founded to provide us all with professional backing, a creative home, and a thriving community - so we can truly thrive within a strong, supportive regional industry.
At this festive launch event, held as part of the Cinema South International Film Festival, we will unveil our vision and the exciting opportunities that await new members, followed by a celebratory toast and reception to mark our first step together.
The event will feature an open conversation with filmmaker and film scholar Michal Lavi, exploring her debut book Longing: On Emotion in Cinema, and moderated by Shira Havron.
Join us from step one and take your place in shaping our future.
Seats are limited.
