Family Cell is a deeply personal film that chronicles a young father's battle with postpartum depression and suicidality. Through continuous, static observation of the claustrophobic hallway, layered with voice-over excerpts from personal diaries, the film reconstructs the hidden agony brewing just beneath the surface of a highly functional daily routine—threatening to break out at any given moment.
