Cinema South Festival and the Sapir community invite you to a an evening in honor of Prof. Sami Shalom Chetrit, marking the end of his tenure as head of the School of Audio & Visual Arts at Sapir College.

Together we will celebrate Sami’s journey as a teacher, scholar, author, and singular poet - with readings of his poetry, live music, and words from friends, colleagues, and students.
A heartfelt homage to a man who has left - and continues to leave - a deep imprint on Israeli culture and society.
