How to explain war to children?

This panel will explore the role of audiovisual content for children and teens in promoting resilience in times of emergency and war. By analyzing student films, animated shorts, and interactive games, we will examine how visual and interactive languages contribute to emotional processing, reduce anxiety, and foster a sense of control, hope, and solidarity.
The discussion will highlight the power of creative expression as a tool for coping, and the importance of age-appropriate content as a foundation for nurturing both personal and communal resilience.
