Twelve-year-old Shay has a shitty life: his classmates beat him up, the teacher ignores him, his older brother mocks him, his mom represses everything, and his self-centered dad, Yaki, is obsessed with his pathetic dream of self-publishing a book.
When Shay discovers that Yaki is having an affair, he decides to get revenge and anonymously blackmail him.
To Shay’s dismay, Yaki doesn’t give in easily, and the seemingly simple plan spirals into an intergenerational war involving Hagit, the frustrated mistress; Aryeh, the tormented private investigator; and Avigdor, the neighborhood’s cowardly pedophile.
Despite the chaos, the blackmail unexpectedly brings Shay and his father closer — but what will happen when Yaki finally discovers who destroyed his life? Can their family bond survive the ugly truth, or will Shay’s attempt to “fix” his family end up tearing it apart?
