As part of a documentary workshop facilitated by director Shlomo Vazana in the MFA program in Cinema, a group of teachers from Ashdod set out on a personal creative journey in Ashdod. They tell their personal stories which are entwined in the history and landscapes of Ashdod in short, moving and touching documentary films. The project is a collaboration with Mayor Dr. Yehiel Lasri and the department of education in the Ashdod municipality that granted scholarships to the students. The films will be screened on a regular basis at the Visitors Center in Sderot and will be distributed in schools.
